All services are tailored to the individual to create a custom look. As part of the complimentary initial consultation, we will use our expert knowledge based on your anatomy and desires to give you a look that is uniquely your own.

To ensure and deliver total customer satisfaction, we offer a complimentary follow-up appointment and an aftercare lash kit for all new sets of lashes. Within 7 days of your initial visit for a new set of lashes, you have the option of coming back for a COMPLIMENTARY follow-up appointment. This visit allows for any changes to be made, and if no changes are necessary, your specialist will add to the existing set, meaning more lashes!

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rescheduling and cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% service fee will be charged for both cancellation and rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment.

Please do not hesitate to reschedule within the 24-hour timeframe if you are not feeling well, as this policy helps protect the health and safety of all clients and staff.

LATE & NO-SHOWS

After 15 minutes of being late, the appointment is considered cancelled, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will be charged. Your booking fee will also be forfeited, and a new booking fee must be sent in order to rebook appointments. Please arrive on time, as our schedule is tightly booked.

No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service total. A second no-show will result in clients no longer being able to book an appointment with Beauty Creation Spa.

PROFESSIONALISM

Our staff are all licensed aestheticians and certified lash specialists. We put our specialists through rigorous and extensive training before they are allowed to work on clients.

SAFETY & SANITATION

The safety of your eyes is our #1 priority.

We take every measure to ensure that there is no discomfort during and after the service. It is a matter of policy that our specialists wear masks and keep their stations and tools clean at all times.

POLICY & DEPOSIT

To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable upfront booking fee must be made for all services. This will be deducted from your appointment total.

No deposit, no appointment. We use this policy to protect against no-shows.

Same-day booking appointments will not be accepted if we don’t have availability. Additionally, extra guests are not allowed in the service room.

EXTRAS

Please advise us of any allergies and your use of Accutane or Retinoid treatments. You should avoid the use of Retinoids for at least 7 days before getting a facial. Please also advise us if you are pregnant, as we will need to avoid abrasive facial tools.

You should avoid waxing if you take Accutane, Retin-A, Renova, Isotretinoin, steroids, blood thinners, antibiotics, or acne medications.
